Paris Hilton has announced the launch of the Back in Business Recovery Fund, a national philanthropic grant fund she is launching and backing as the lead investor through her social impact organization, 11:11 Media Impact, and in partnership with GoFundMe.org. Designed to support women-owned small businesses rebuilding after natural disasters, the initiative aims to raise and deploy over $1 million to provide direct, flexible recovery capital to women entrepreneurs impacted by future federally and state-declared disasters, with the goal of expanding through additional donor support.

The Back in Business Recovery Fund builds on a proven model first deployed by 11:11 Media Impact and GoFundMe.org after the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires. The program delivered more than $1 million in cash grants to 50 women-owned small businesses, addressing essential recovery needs including rent, payroll, equipment replacement, and rebuilding costs.
Additionally, hundreds of applicants received free mentorship and technical assistance through the Pasadena Women’s Business Center. One year later, 90% of those businesses are back in operation, proving that direct capital works and validating the need to scale this model nationwide.

Through rapid-response partnerships with local women’s business centers, the fund will provide flexible grants to women entrepreneurs across the country following federally or state-declared disasters, stabilizing communities and helping business owners to rebuild, retain employees, and continue leading in their local economies.

“When women entrepreneurs lose their businesses to disaster, they risk losing their livelihoods, their independence, and years of hard work,” said Amanda Brown Lierman, Executive Director, GoFundMe.org. “Through our partnership with 11:11 Media Impact and the Pasadena Women’s Business Center, we were able to quickly deliver meaningful grants to women devastated by the LA wildfires so they could reopen their doors and rebuild. The model we built proved both effective and scalable, and we are committed to expanding it to support women entrepreneurs facing future disasters.”
